Welcome to AndBe. By creating an account or using the AndBe application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

AndBe is an AI-powered language learning platform that provides conversational practice with AI teachers. The service includes lesson content, speech-to-text and text-to-speech functionality, achievement tracking, and in-app purchases for lesson credits.

2. Account Registration

To use AndBe, you must create an account using either Sign in with Apple or email registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

3. In-App Purchases and Credits

AndBe uses a credit-based system. Each lesson requires one credit to start.
Credits are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
Credits do not expire and have no cash value.
Refund requests should be directed to Apple through the App Store.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Use automated tools to access the App (bots, scrapers, etc.)
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Use the AI teachers to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

5. AI-Generated Content

AndBe uses artificial intelligence to generate lesson content, conversation responses, and learning feedback. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. AndBe is a practice tool and should not be relied upon as the sole source of language instruction. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated translations, grammar corrections, or cultural guidance.

6. Intellectual Property

The AndBe App, including its design, code, AI models, and content, is owned by AndBe and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App. Content you create during lessons (your messages and responses) remains yours.

7. Privacy

Your use of AndBe is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AndBe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AndBe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Unused credits will not be refunded upon voluntary account deletion.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of AndBe after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of AndBe will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, United States.
